Returns & Exchanges – Bobbershop

Each Bobbershop cover is 3D printed to order in the selected colour at the time of purchase.

Standard Colour Options

For standard listed colour options, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and not fitted

• Item must be in original condition

• All supplied components must be included

Due to the nature of motorcycle performance parts, items that have been installed, fitted, or used cannot be returned unless confirmed defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

Custom / Special Order Colours

Where a colour or finish is produced specifically at the customer’s request and is not part of our standard range, the item is considered made to consumer specification and is non-returnable unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for customs delays.
