Estimated total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time

Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
How are items packaged?
All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We primarily ship using Royal Mail and other trusted courier partners depending on the destination and delivery speed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Include a photo of the item
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping cost.
My tracking says delivered but I can't find my parcel
Please:
- Check safe places around your property
- Ask neighbours or building management
- Contact the courier directly

Why did my order arrive in multiple parcels?
Some orders may ship separately due to:
- Stock availability
- Items shipped from different suppliers
- Large orders requiring multiple parcels
You will never be charged extra shipping for split shipments.

Your payment is charged immediately after your order is placed.
